Day 4 - The Exorcist

Okay, so a typhoon at sea is no joke. I feel like I am in a bad horror movie. People who have never been sea sick before are tossing their cookies all over the place, and I have slept for fifteen hours today. Between my sea sickness, the drowsy side affects of motion sickness pills, and having caught a cold I can barely get out of bed in time for my dates with Mr. T.

In fact, the entire teaching staff pretty much looks like death. Everyone is pale and sickly, lying on every couch or on the floor.

The best part about today is that we had the big orientation for all the students. This means that the teachers come on stage for an opening song, and couple of fun, upbeat introduction lessons, and then a closing song and dance number. Half the team had already been sick, and then add to that we were on a stage that moved 6-10 feet up and down every couple of seconds and you could understand why so many of us ran off the stage to grab vomit bags.

It really was a lot like a bad horror flick. Everywhere you looked there were staff members cleaning the carpet, removing furniture, escorting children with their hands clamped over their mouths to the nearest bathroom, and passing out medication and bags.

Actually…I think I will leave it here since there is not much more to say than, YUCK!!!
