I have the pictures to prove I was there, but I sincerely have no memory of this night. By this time I was overcome by fever and fatigue.

Okay, so I should really know what these places are, but I failed. Most of these places I found by accident...getting lost on several occasions.

The Vatican

St. Peter's was far more impressive than I could have expected, and yet, at the same time, far more theme-park esq than I would have imagined. I didn't get to see the pope, but to be honest I don't know that I would have remembered him anyway, with the flu I had caught and all.
